This data plan provides an API key for access to listings that belong to the specified Flexmls user (for which the Flexmls user is the listing or selling agent/office). It does not include listings from all MLS participants.

This role is for those needing IDX listings and would follow the MLSs IDX policies and license terms. Please designate the Flexmls username for the AGENT you are working with.

This role is for large vendors that need to work with multiple agents and brokers. Please designate the office account Flexmls username.

An active list of licensees must be maintained within the Spark platform, including their Flexmls login names. Licensees can be reported from the API developer dashboard after logging in. The developer must notify the MLS of their intention to display IDX information and must give the MLS direct access for purposes of monitoring/ensuring compliance with the following applicable MLS rules and policies. The developer must maintain an active licensee count and description of each client within the Spark platform. If a developer does not comply, the API team will be notified to suspend access until it is updated.

This data plan provides an API key for access to MLS-confidential data. It is meant primarily for use by MLS members, and is not suitable for publicly displaying listings as it contains MLS-confidential fields.

This data plan provides an API key for access to VOW data, meant for websites that require a consumer to create an account and sign in before viewing listings.
